Serhiy Salov, piano, has worked with renowned conductors and orchestras around the world. An exceptional pianist, he has participated in the most prestigious festivals and has received several awards in various international competitions. The Pro Musica String Quartet, formed as part of the Mélodînes series, is back for a second recital with pianist Serhiy Salov. This ensemble is composed of Marie Bégin and Abby Walsh on violin, Cynthia Blanchon on viola and Noémie Raymond-Friset on cello. For this concert, in a quartet-quintet, Serhiy Salov on piano and the Pro Musica String Quartet have chosen to perform their favorite pieces from the Mozart and Chopin repertoire.
