En tant qu&rsquo;auditeur non familier, je me suis surprise \u00e0 faire des rapprochements avec des bandes originales de films, car de nombreuses chansons sont tout aussi grandioses, myst\u00e9rieuses et, parfois, inqui\u00e9tantes. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par exemple, le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;arrangement pour cordes de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Simple Life<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d&rsquo;Andrew Downing, avec ses pincements rythmiques et ses notes soutenues, rappelle la musique d&rsquo;un film myst\u00e9rieux o\u00f9 quelqu&rsquo;un se faufile dans l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9. La section centrale, soudainement optimiste, semble sortir du montage d&rsquo;un film de Disney o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on tombe amoureux. Les premiers morceaux mettent en valeur la voix d&rsquo;op\u00e9ra magnifique et pr\u00e9cise de la chanteuse classique Inuk Deantha Edmunds. De m\u00eame, l&rsquo;arrangement de Yoshiaki Onishi de la chanson titre, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alikeness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, introduit des sections de percussions dynamiques et distinctives interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es par Aiyun Huang. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;impression qu&rsquo;une attention d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e avait \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension des points forts de chaque collaborateur et \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection de morceaux qui les mettaient en valeur. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alikeness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, par exemple, a \u00e9t\u00e9 compos\u00e9 en 2015 pour le St. Lawrence String Quartet et la percussionniste Aiyun Huang, de sorte que sa familiarit\u00e9 et son lien avec l&rsquo;\u0153uvre ressortent dans cet enregistrement.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fewer explique que l&rsquo;album est inspir\u00e9 par \u00ab\u00a0la capacit\u00e9 humaine \u00e0 apprendre, \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter et \u00e0 collaborer\u00a0\u00bb.
